1st Session (1 hour)
When we meet, we spend the first session exploring your requirements and make them visible using systemic work. What kind of problems, thoughts and feelings are you facing ? The idea is that we become crystal clear on the outline of our following session.
2nd & 3rd Session (2 hours)
In these Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT) session we will go back to the root course of your presented issue, pick up the limiting conclusions you formed about yourself, and install new supportive beliefs which will change your perspective, your thoughts and in turn your feelings and behaviour. You will find RTT to be a highly effective, relaxing and fast way to learn. It's also very, very different ! You are helped to understand your inner emotional conflicts. In this way it is possible for you to do something constructive about solving them.
4th Session (1 hour)
A Supportive coaching session reinforces the work that we have done together and provides additional tools to cement your transformation long after our 4 sessions together have finished, far into the future so that your approach to managing your mind and feeling in control is improved and upgraded forever. This session normally follows 21 days after the RTT session.
Often my clients have a great insight into the reasons behind their feelings or they may have been to different types of therapy before to try to resolve their feelings. However, the missing part of the puzzle is that they have never addressed their subconscious beliefs.
Your subconscious beliefs are like the hard drive of a computer, they store every memory and belief about yourself since very early childhood, often which you are unaware of or unable to recall when trying to look back using your logical mind. Hypnotherapy is a process to access those memories and experiences and work out key beliefs that you hold in your subconscious, which drive your thoughts and behaviour today.
Rapid Transformational Therapy™, or RTT™, is a unique trans-formative therapy combining some of the most effective elements of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies.
Many people feel they have no choice other than to live with a problem but with RTT they can finally find relief, lasting freedom and empowerment.
RTT was developed by Marisa Peer after 30 years of research and practice. Marisa is a world respected therapist and author. Marisa is listed in the Tatler guide to Britain’s 250 Best Doctors, which is a list of pioneering medical professionals used by other doctors to make recommendations to their patients. She has also appeared across numerous other publications and on television, including Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, The Sunday People, The Daily Mail, This Morning, GMTV, Closer, Time Out and Elle as an advisor and authority figure on a number of topics. One of the most exciting aspects of the therapy is that it can resolve a problem for a client in just one session and often no more than three, when other therapies and approaches often take many sessions of treatment.
RTT works quickly using hypnosis and regression to get to the route of the problem. It then uses techniques to release you from your unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviours to provide lasting results.
Many people using RTT have agreed it is the most effective method they have used and encountered. It is enjoying success in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Dubai, and South Africa.
The human mind is extremely suggestible and is being bombarded with suggestive stimuli from the outside, and suggestive thoughts and ideas from the inside. A good deal of suffering is the consequences of "negative" thoughts and impulses invading our conscious mind from subconscious processes. Past experiences, guilt feelings, and rejected impulses and desires are pushing themselves into awareness, sabotaging one's happiness, health, and efficiency. By the time one has reached adulthood, he/she has built up "negative" modes of thinking, feeling, and acting which persists like bad habits.
In hypnosis, we attempt to replace these "negative" attitudes with "positive" ones. During a very relaxed state of mind we will access your subconscious mind to discover why you are experiencing difficulties. Your subconscious mind holds all your core, deeply held beliefs about yourself and the world, formed from childhood experiences, society or your ancestors.
We use our logical mind to try and solve our problems (for example to try and manage our weight, or resolve our anxiety, or drink less alcohol, or work out why we are so angry in our relationships), but while we may be able to control and manage these behaviours some of the time, often they come back time and time again when we experience triggers, or let our control and guard down.
When we get to the root cause of the issue, by drawing out these deeply held beliefs that are running our thoughts and behaviour, we can then address them for good by identifying them, understanding them, treating them and changing them. We can reprogram our minds to interpret our beliefs and experiences differently and re- wire our thought system. We can make our new beliefs become our new ‘familiar’, our ‘normal’ so that our brain accepts them, embraces them, enjoys them and defaults to them.
This is a welcome relief for many people who realise after their RTT session that they have been running their behaviour as adults from beliefs they acquired as very small children. Understanding is power and this is a major step in overcoming your problem.
During the session a Transformational recording with positive suggestions is made for the client to listen to for 21 days following the session, to cement their new beliefs and behaviours. Following the session clients may feel lighter, happier and empowered. Some clients experience more of a gradual change and realisation over the following 21 days that their thought patterns and behaviour are shifting.
This metaphor from the Wellness Institute describes this process best. If you hold a batch of white blotters above the level of your eyes so that you can see the bottom blotter, and if you dribble drops of ink onto the top blotter, you will not observe something for a while until sufficient ink has been poured to soak through the thickness. Eventually the ink will come down. During this period while nothing seemed happening, penetration was occurring. Had the process been stopped before enough ink had been poured, we would be tempted to consider the process a failure. Suggestions in hypnosis are like ink poured on layers of resistance.
The experience of being hypnotized is no different from experience of relaxing and of starting to fall aslee or similar to being in a state we refer to such as ‘automatic pilot’ or zoning out, or daydreaming. We often go into hypnosis – like trances during the day if we are day- dreaming, or engaged in a relaxing activity such as art, watching a film or walking in the countryside or sometimes even when we are deep in thought while driving somewhere.
During the session your mind is active, your thoughts are under your control, you perceive all stimuli, and you are in complete communication with me. The only unique thing you may experience is a feeling of heaviness in your arms, and maybe tingling in your hands and fingers. If you are habitually a deep sleeper, you may doze momentarily. If you are alight sleeper, you may have a feeling of completely awake.
Yes, because it's a normal state that everybody passes through before going to sleep. However, it is possible to resist hypnosis like it is possible to resists sleep. But even if one resists hypnosis, a relaxation recording will be provided ahead of the session to support the client to become used to relaxing.
NO. Even if you have no serious symptoms it is difficult to work out emotional problems by yourself because you are too close to them and cannot see them clearly. More and more people, even those with celebrity status, entrepreneurs or with a great deal of psychological knowledge (like me), are seeking help because of this.
The fact that you desire help is a compliment to your judgement and is no sign that you are approaching a mental breakdown. Hypnotherapy has helped countess numbers of people to overcome serious emotional symptoms and has enabled many to increase their working capacity and to better their relationship with people.
