TURNS OUT, YOUR THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS CONTROL YOU!
NOT IN CONTROL
You feel burnt out, overwhelmed and powerless. You have difficulties performing at work as you can't concentrate well. You and others have noticed that you easily become irritated and angry.
Or, you feel an inner emptiness that drives you 24/7 pushing you to have always something to do. You may have developed some destructive habits to handle it (work, alcohol, emotional eating).
Though you have positive things in your life, you feel depressed and sad. Your body is reacting with sleep issues and loss of vitality. These symptoms may keep you away from social interactions.
Perhaps you experienced a traumatic incident (loss in relationship, career or business, etc.) or you face a major life transition (e.g. changing career) and you struggle to feel safe.
THE NEUROSCIENCE OF STRESS
The Stress Cycle is a process that both causes and worsens thoughts and feelings. Often the cycle begins with some stressors. Some examples of stress factors for professionals might include work overload, work climate, financial problems, life or career changes, loss of a business or a loved one. There are also internal reasons for stress like feelings of not being enough, or the need to give everything 150%. The human brain is hard-wired for stress response to keep us safe.
The stressor induces some physiological reaction in the body to increase awareness to keep our body prepared to address the stress. These physical reaction in the body cause a feeling response like anger, fear, worry or sadness or negative thoughts. Long term exposure to stress related hormones can wreak havoc on almost all body processes increasing the risk of mental health issues.
Chronic mental symptoms such as sluggishness, persistent sadness or feeling down can occur. These new symptoms affect behavior, resulting in lashing out on people, isolating oneself, loss of interest in previously enjoyed activities and difficulty at work. These changes often lead to more stressors.
If you feel like your life is headed anywhere but the direction you want, take action now.

COUNSELLING THERAPY VS RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY
Most professionals do not seek help, because they are busy and do not have the time. And they don’t know who is an expert.
For centuries, traditional counselling therapy has been “stuck". I know it because I have been counselling for 15 years. You mainly address the symptoms through insight building and awareness, and behavioral changes over several therapy sessions.
And yet, you wouldn't dig deeper and explore in one session:
how your family upbringing, past trauma or experiences in the past caused you to believe that 'you're only loved if you perform as expected', or 'you're not enough', or to feel the need to be 'in control all the time'.
This is what makes Rapid Transformational Therapy so powerful compared to traditional therapy: it goes back to the root cause of a presented symptom and connects the dots of the past to set you free.
This doesn’t mean dozens of therapy sessions, rather, it means transforming the entire neurological makeup - causing you to think, feel and act differently.
